Raya, 18 October 2015: Qatar’s Labour and Social Affairs Minister, HE Dr Abdullah Saleh Alkhalifi has announced the amended Labour Law will be implemented on the 2nd and 3rd November 2015.
Alkhalifi said the amendments were approved in February and were published in the Official Gazette last April.
Companies affected by the law have been given six months to comply.
