The Deal Study indicates that M&A and JV transactions in the Middle East are becoming increasingly sophisticated. In addition, market players have become more commercially-savvy in the face of a modernising regulatory regime and are more prepared to adopt practices commonly associated with Western markets in an attempt to manage risk and increase return on investment.
