Raya, 11 December 2015: Qatar’s Bourse has announced margin trading will be allowed on it for the first time.
The Qatar Financial Markets Authority is now receiving applications from investors who wish to become margin traders.
Margin trading will enable investors to buy securities partly funded by margin traders and a seminar will be held soon to explain the new tool and make traders aware of its value.
