Alwasat, 7 January 2016: Qatar’s Financial Centre Regulatory Authority has issued new precautionary regulations for Islamic banking in the country.
The new rules amend the 2014 rules and an updated version of the 2007 rules has also been issued.
The Authority’s CEO, Michael Ryan said the new amendments represent a solid base from which to grow financial services in the Centre in the future.
