Mr. Al Sahouti and Mr. Naimark discussed a range of issues relating to international arbitration and dispute resolution generally. They discussed ways in which their respective bodies may be able to cooperate in the future. Mr. Naimark was particularly impressed by the QICDRC’s world-class judiciary and the e-filing and case management system. Mr. Al Sahouti stated that the QICDRC wishes to remain at the forefront of providing dispute resolution services which meet international best practice. One way of doing that, Mr. Al Sahouti observed, was to continue dialogue with comparable institutions- both locally and internationally.
