Gulf Cooperation Council: Automatic Transfer of Customs Fees Launched by UAE

Emaratalyoum, 17 December 2015: The UAE’s Federal Customs Authority has announced the UAE has started implementing the second stage of the Automatic Transfer of Customs Fees System.

The System aims to automatically transfer customs fees between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC countries).

The Authority also added the system will enable information exchange between the participating countries more easily and accurately than the old system.
