Gulf Cooperation Council: Efforts to get International Recognition for Gulf Customs Federation Underway

Okaz, 11 December 2015: The General Secretary of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Abdulatif Alzyani has confirmed the Council is looking to get the GCC Customs Federation recognised internationally including by the International Trade Organisation.

Alzyani also confirmed studies are being conducted to set the best system for the GCC Monetary Council.

He cited the European Union as one example.
