Almutairi said the guidelines stem from the cooperative strategic charter of the GCC countries which were issued in November 2014.
He added the executive office will consider the recommendations made by the Kuwaiti delegation regarding the guidelines.
Kuwait is expected to organise a workshop for GCC officials concerned with cooperative societies to discuss the guidelines during the next meeting in 2016 in Kuwait.
The aim is to enhance economic cooperation between the six states and the announcement was made during the 37th session for the undersecretaries of the GCC Social Affairs Ministries.
