The Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre (QICDRC) has welcomed a delegation from Astad for a seminar hosted by Dr. Zain Sharar, Senior Legal Counsel at QICDRC. Dr. Zain gave a talk to delegates about the highlights of the arbitration law, with particular emphasis placed on the arbitration clause. A Q&A session then took place after the seminar, where delegates had the opportunity to find out more about the arbitration law. Following the conclusion of the seminar, the delegates then had a tour of the state of the art court facilities at QICDRC.
