We renewed our commitment towards the welfare of our employees, as well as the local and international community looking for swift dispute resolution by introducing and expanding the Court’s CSR activities. These include our award-winning Pro Bono Services for those who cannot afford legal support, community-wide social responsibility programmes recognising important occasions such as Earth Day, and weathering the height of the COVID-19 pandemic via the provision of virtual legal services.

Through its supervisory arbitrational jurisdiction under Law No 2 of 2017 issuing the Arbitration Law in Civil and Commercial Matters, parties can elect the QICDRC as the “Competent Court” of arbitration to perform various functions in relation to interim measures, enforcement of awards and appeals.
