The Court and Regulatory Tribunal
As at the end of 2023, the judiciary of the Court and Regulatory Tribunal comprised 19 Judges from 13 different jurisdictions (Qatar, Kuwait, England and Wales, Scotland, Cyprus, South Africa, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand, the USA, France, and the People’s Republic of China). As at the time of publication of this Annual Review, those numbers are now 18 Judges from 12 different jurisdictions due to the tragic death of our dear friend and colleague, Dr Rashid Al-Anezi.
In accordance with the QFC Law (No. 7 of 2005) and the Regulations and Procedural Rules of the Court and the Regulatory Tribunal, we still deploy Justice Dr Muna Al-Marzouqi as the Court’s enforcement judge.
