Al Watan, 25 August 2015: Bahrain’s Cabinet has agreed a reduction in international roaming service costs between Bahrain and other Gulf Cooperation Council countries Call minutes, short messages and data costs will all be reduced.
The Transportation and Telecommunications Ministries and Legal Affairs Ministerial Commission have been asked to prepare a draft law.
The move is aimed at implementing the Gulf Cooperation Council Ministerial Commission for Post and Telecommunications of the General Secretariat Decision to reduce roaming costs from 2016.
