تقدم المحكمة خدمات الوساطة للأفراد، الشركات وغيرها من الكيانات، سواء كانوا داخل دولة قطر أو خارجها، وتعتبر الوساطة خيار غير إجباري للأطراف المتنازعة لحل منازعاتهم و تعتمد على موافقة الأطراف المتنازعة على طرف ثالث " الوسيط " والذي بدوره يعمل على مساعدة الأطراف للوصول إلى حل مرضي لتسوية النزاع القائم

من خلال دورها الإشرافي على مسائل الحكيم المدنية والتجارية وذلك بناء على قانون التحكيم الجديد رقم 2 لسنة 2017، بإمكان أطراف اختيار محكمة قطر الدولية "كمحكمة مختصة " لتسوية النزاعات التحكيمية، ويجوز للمحكمة المختصة أداء وظائف مختلفة بما في ذلك، الأمور المتعلقة بالتدابير المؤقتة، وتنفيذ القرارات، وطلبات الاستئناف.

تمثل المحكمة الإلكترونية النظام الإلكتروني لإدارة القضايا الخاص بمحكمة قطر الدولية، والذي يوفر خدمات الجلسات الافتراضية وخدمات البث المباشر لجلسات المحكمة.
About the Programme
This course is designed to build the knowledge and skills of lawyers practising in international commercial courts and appearing at the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre.
Through a series of lectures and seminars, participants will explore the Court and Regulatory Tribunal’s regulations and procedural rules and develop their understanding of the legal frameworks and regulations that govern the cases and appeals before them.
Participants will also engage in practical workshops designed to help them apply the common law in the international commercial courts and address common ethical scenarios that they will face as a lawyer.

Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre Training Programme on International Commercial Courts
We are now accepting bookings for the next edition of our Training Programme on International Commercial Courts.
This course is open to qualified lawyers and practising professionals with experience of working in the legal industry. The fee is 3,750 QAR and the price includes training materials, refreshments and lunch on each day of the course, and dinner on the final evening.
