Moreover, these engagements allowed us to assess advanced technologies with the potential to enhance our operational landscape, ensuring that we stay at the forefront of innovation in the ever-evolving field of international law.
We are also proud to announce the launch of the Maroon Book, a comprehensive user guide for proceedings before the Qatar Financial Centre Civil and Commercial Court. This invaluable resource comes at a crucial time as our caseload experiences substantial growth, with over double the number of cases in 2023 compared to 2022. The Maroon Book is designed to be an indispensable tool, ensuring the smooth passage of litigation through the Court.
Our recent participation at the Doha Forum showcased the pivotal role of international law in upholding global peace and security, particularly in resolving territorial disputes through robust legal frameworks. Furthermore, we look forward to hosting the Standing International Forum of Commercial Courts 5th Full Meeting in 2024.
