The Tribunal may issue its judgment on the same day it hears your case. In other instances, however, the judges may need further time to consider the case and deliver a judgment.
The Tribunal may permit those who are unable to attend the Tribunal hearing in-person to provide their evidence via audio or video link.

Yes. You may represent yourself before the Tribunal should you wish so. However, many parties to legal proceedings prefer to be represented by their lawyers.
You will be required to take an Oath (on a holy book) or an Affirmation (a promise to tell the truth) before giving evidence in the Tribunal.
The length of the hearing sessions depends on the complexity of the case and the number of evidences presented.
Traditionally, Tribunal hearings take place between 10 am and 4 pm. However, the number of hearing days may vary considerably from one case to another.

The Tribunal has the jurisdiction to hear appeals raised by individuals and corporate bodies against decisions of the QFC Authority, the Regulatory Authority, and other QFC institutions.
Through its supervisory arbitrational jurisdiction under Law No 2 of 2017 issuing the Arbitration Law in Civil and Commercial Matters, parties can elect the QICDRC as the “Competent Court” of arbitration to perform various functions in relation to interim measures, enforcement of awards and appeals.
