QICDRC is pleased to enhance its Clerkship Program, an opportunity for recent law graduates who aim to delve into the practicalities of legal practice and judicial decision-making. This program will provide a comprehensive understanding as clerks will actively engage in tasks across a range of cases before the Court and Regulatory Tribunal, while also contributing to strategic projects under the direct guidance of the Registrar.

The QICDRC launched a Legal Clinic offering free 30-minute consultations for those facing financial hurdles in civil and commercial cases. Collaboration with partner law firms aims to resolve disputes early and ease court burdens. This service reflects the QICDRC’s commitment to accessible justice and equity.
The QICDRC’s Internship Program immerses students and graduates in an international legal environment. Interns collaborate with legal and administrative teams, learning about dispute resolution and court processes. This initiative aligns with the QICDRC’s goal of preparing the next generation of legal professionals.
Through its supervisory arbitrational jurisdiction under Law No 2 of 2017 issuing the Arbitration Law in Civil and Commercial Matters, parties can elect the QICDRC as the “Competent Court” of arbitration to perform various functions in relation to interim measures, enforcement of awards and appeals.
