The QICDRC and HBKU College of Law discussed how courts approach digital disputes through ADR and ODR. Panellists examined the legal sector’s response to emerging technologies. The lecture encouraged forward-thinking strategies to address challenges in global commerce and digital conflict resolution.

The QICDRC welcomed more than 170 delegates from over 50 jurisdictions to Qatar University for this historic gathering. The event featured top judges, practitioners, and legal scholars who examined current challenges in commercial dispute resolution. Topics included arbitration, mediation, cross-border judicial cooperation, AI-driven case management, and the impact of climate change on commercial disputes.
